SPRING LAKE, MICHIGAN – Hines Corporation has officially transferred ownership of Michigan Spring & Stamping to KERN-LIEBERS.

From their headquarters in Muskegon, Michigan, Michigan Spring & Stamping manufactures a wide range of technical springs, assemblies, precision stampings and wire forms used in a variety of industries, including medical, automotive, recreation, industrial and more. Together with KERN-LIEBERS, Michigan Spring will continue moving forward under the leadership of its President, Tim Zwit.
